Polynucleotides

Regenerative Eye Rejuvenation at Dr Emma Clinics.

The under-eye breakthrough your skin has been waiting for! Polynucleotides are next-generation regenerative injectables, derived from purified Salmon DNA fragments that stimulate your skin's own healing, repair, and rejuvenation processes at a cellular level. Think of them as cell whisperers – telling your skin to act younger, fresher, and firmer.

About Polynucleotides

Unlike filler, Polynucleotides don’t add volume – instead, they work beneath the surface to improve skin quality, boost hydration, and restore elasticity in delicate, hard-to-treat areas like under the eyes.

Why Choose Polynucleotide Treatment for the Under-Eyes?

The eye area is one of the first places to show signs of fatigue and ageing, but it’s also one of the most delicate and difficult areas to treat safely and effectively. That’s where polynucleotides come in.

They are ideal for patients who want:

  • A refreshed, brighter eye area
  • Reduced crepiness and fine lines
  • Improved elasticity and hydration
  • Minimal downtime, natural results
  • An alternative to traditional tear trough filler

At Dr Emma Clinics, we use clinically proven, medical-grade polynucleotide products and administer them using precise, advanced techniques to ensure natural, rejuvenated results – not puffiness or overcorrection.

Questions?

We’ve got you covered.

What’s the difference between polynucleotides and filler?

Filler adds volume – polynucleotides repair. They’re ideal for patients with thin, crepey under-eye skin or who want a more subtle, regenerative effect rather than volume.

How soon will I see results?

You’ll notice subtle improvements after the first treatment, with more visible results building over the course of 2–3 sessions as collagen regenerates.

What is the downtime?

You may have mild swelling or pinpoint bruising for 1–3 days. Many clients return to normal activities the next day.
